HAIR to be Differents' main goal is to please the customer; Loving your hair not liking it is my main priority so if for any reason you're not pleased with your hair, it can be exchanged or retruned within 7 days of shipping date. If returning your hair a 10 % restocking fee will be charged.
Upon Exchange or Return:
- Hair must be unused, untied, not tampered with, and in its original package.
- Must have original invoice.
- When exchanging hair another style can be chosen, same length, and one exchange per order.
- Shipping costs are at customers expense for all exchanges or returns
***Hair that has been removed from its original package and shown to be used(i.e brushed, combed, srpayed etc...) cannot be exchanged or returned due to federal laws and health regualtions***
