I have ALWAYS had a thing for redheads! Before I transitioned to weave I used to color my natural hair all the time and colors in the RED family always interest me! Here are some of my fave redheads!
Marcia Cross aka Bree Van de Kamp! My fave Desperate Housewife! She looks amazing as a redhead!
Drew Barrymore the sexiest Angel! She's has had many different hair colors but being a redhead makes her look more exotic!
Julia Roberts wears red hair well! Since shes a woman of age its good that she switches it up! Having red hair helps her look her age but not too old! This do is def the look of a cougar!
Kathy Griffin has always been a redhead and I think its works for her! Could you imagine anything else?? I couldn't!
Kate Winslet or as I like to call her "Ride or Die Rose"(Titanic)! Shes beautiful and a great actress! Red hair works for her! It compliments her pale skin and screams for attention!
Sharon Osbourne! I absolutely adore Sharon with red hair! Being a brunette worked for a while but the red hair on her speaks volume! She got her sexy back by joining team redhead!
Tyra Banks! Although I love Tyra Banks I was NOT a fan of her red hair! I did appreciate the edgy look it gave her but Tyra is def a blondie/brunette!
Lindsay Lohan! Red hair fits her but also makes her look innocent(lol) ! Remember The Parent Trap! I like Lindsay as a redhead but love her more as a blonde!
Rihanna! Rihanna owned & redefined redhead looks! Over the years she has def came out of her shell and switching it up to red makes her more sexy and vibrant! Black hair gave her a goth look but red takes it to another level!
Peggy Bundy! She was alll that back than and one of the hottest momma's on tv! Red hair made her stand out...but isn't that the point?!
Last but NOT least Lucielle Ball! She paved the way for all redheads and we are soo thankful! She wore it well!

Why HTBD Customers wear WEAVE?
A few days ago I posted a question on Facebook and Twitter asking: If you wear weave, why and what influenced you to start?
Received a lot of good posts and here are a few.....
Kyra from Baltimore, MD said: "I wear weave because I love to switch up my look from long to short, also b/c it keeps me out the hair salon every week. I started in 8thgrade. An never stopped!"
Dionne from Parkville, MD said: "I'm kinda of a newbie to weave. Only been wearing it for bout 2yrs but its definitely a good outlet in reference to hair options. I wear weave because it allows me to switch my styles as well as giving my hair a break from the heat of flat irons and blow dryers. N let's not forget it helps my hair grow, Lol." She also added on by saying " Also I started wearing it during my transition from relaxed hair to natural to help the growth process n decrease my transitioning time."
Pia from Nottingham, MD said: "I wear weave simply because thats where its at! Lol. It doesnt sweat out and its a quick way to change up your look!"
Just from these 3 responses we see why everyday women like myself chose to wear weave! Whats your reason if so? Feel free to comment :)

HAIR to be Different's Tips for Indian Hair Care!
SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER
-Wash and condition your hair with a rich moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Jane Carter Solution, Mixed-Chicks , Pantene or Keracare are great brands that works well!
-Brush (a vent wig brush is recommended) and detangle hair from ends to roots before applying shampoo. -When washing your hair, DO NOT pile the hair on top of your head or wash in circles. This creates tangles. Instead gently shampoo the hair in one direction (vertically) only.
-Follow with the Conditioner in the same manner. Deep Condition if you color the hair. Squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel, do not rub or twist the hair.
-Dry and style as recommended by your stylist.
Please wash the hair immediately after swimming, spa, extreme exercise etc.
-When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair tangles. When swimming, always wear a cap to prevent prolong exposure to chlorine or salt water which causes the hair to tangle.
-Always wash the hair right away with shampoo and conditioner after swimming in both types of water. Do not overuse products on the hair. (too much leave-in conditioners and other hair care products will create a build up on the hair and will cause it to tangle)If the hair feels dry or heavy with build up, wash it with good shampoo & conditioner.
-If you experience any tangling - Before washing the hair, spray mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from bottom up. Gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair.
STYLE- An advantage of Virgin human hair is you can style it like you normally would your own hair. You can color or perm your hair. Bleaching however is highly NOT recommended. Although it can be done, this is at your own risk. A less harsh cream coloring system like Miss Clairol or Loreal is recommended. You can brush, comb, blow dry, curl with curling iron, straighten with a flat iron and style it any way you want.
CURLY HAIR - Make sure you brush the hair daily and apply some leave-in conditioners so that the hair is soft and moist. A good leave-in hair treatment can keep the hair from drying; Recommended Mixed-Chicks Leave-in, Ellin Lavar leaven-in, Jane Carter Leave-in & Jane Carter Condition and Sculp, KeraCare Weaves & Extensions Leave-In Conditioning Mist. Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding or Redken Ringlet 07 are also great curly hair styling aids, but remember not to put too much, otherwise there will be a build up which will make the hair feel too heavy. Make a couple of big braids when going to sleep, swim, or exercise (please brush the hair before making the braids). NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR
